To promote a healthy and harmonious corporate culture and enrich the cultural and entertainment activities of employees, Guangdong Yaoyinshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. organized the 15th Winter Sports Meet for employees in December. The meet featured six events: basketball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, Chinese chess, and tug-of-war. The theme of the event was 'strengthening the body, showcasing style, highlighting perseverance, and promoting unity.' Every employee was filled with enthusiasm and joy, showcasing their talents and giving their best in the sports meet.

In early winter, the factory grounds of Guangdong Yaoyinshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. were filled with enthusiastic cheers, applause, and shouts. The basketball tournament, a highlight of the winter sports meet, kicked off first. Each workshop (department) competed, and every employee and team was brimming with enthusiasm. After intense matches in the round-robin stage, the production team clinched the championship, the offie team took second place, and the sales team secured third place.

The tug-of-war competition is the most popular event at the annual sports meet, always drawing a large crowd of employees. At the competition site, athletes from various departments are eagerly preparing and ready to give it their all. The stands are filled with enthusiastic cheers and the sound of people shouting. As the referee blows the whistle to start the game, both teams lower their center of gravity, use all their strength, and grit their teeth as they grip the thick rope tightly, pulling with all their might towards their own side, even if their hands are red from the effort. After several rounds of intense competition, the men's tug-of-war champions, runners-up, and third-place winners are the Extrusion Workshop, Casting Workshop, and Precision Processing Workshop, respectively. The women's tug-of-war champions, runners-up, and third-place winners are the Spraying Workshop, Office, and Quality Control Department, respectively.

After several rounds of fierce competition, the results of the badminton matches were settled. The men's badminton champions, runners-up and third place winners were Zhou Xiaoyu from the Quality control Department, Zhang Jinlong from the Equipment Department and Tang Kaifei from the Infrastructure Department; the women's badminton champions, runners-up and third place winners were Li Kongmei from the Casting workshop, Tan Xinxiang from the Quality control Department and Huang Qifei from the Spraying workshop.

As a unique traditional competition in China, the chess competition has a long history and attracted many workers to sign up enthusiastically. The competition was also extremely fierce. After several rounds of intense competition, the first, second and third prizes were won by Song Botao from the Administration Department, Liu Jinzhu from the Extrusion Workshop and Zhou Zhiliang from the Quality Control Department respectively.

Table tennis, the most widely played sport in our country, naturally saw a high turnout of workers eager to participate. The competition was intense and exciting, with three rounds of elimination and round-robin matches, ultimately determining the rankings: the men's group champion was Jian Jitang Kaifei, the runner-up was Zhang Jinlong from the Equipment Department, and the third place went to Yang Hua from the Precision Processing Workshop; the women's group champion was Huang Lanxin from the Quality Control Department, the runner-up was Jiang Xiaoli from the Administration Department, and the third place went to Huang Qifei from the Spraying Workshop.

The most gentlemanly event was the billiards competition. As a traditional event of our company's sports meeting, billiards has always been indispensable. After fierce competition among participants, the championship was finally won by Zhou Xiaoyu from the Quality Control Department, while the second and third places were Zhang Rungen from the intermediate warehouse and Xiao Yang from the oxidation workshop respectively.

The successful hosting of this year's Winter Sports Meeting not only enhanced the physical fitness of employees and strengthened the cohesion within each workshop, but also showcased the youthful vigor of Xin Yin people. It also honed the willpower and confidence of employees to overcome challenges.
